If you approve the project, we typically take a 30% deposit to get started. Progress payments are made during the build, with final payment due at completion. Residential clients usually pay by paper check or cash, and ACH is available for larger clients that already have vendor setup in place. We believe in being straightforward about scope, pricing, and expectations so the project moves forward smoothly.
